Delivery times

We aim to process all orders within two working days from when the order is received. For more information about delivery times, see our Terms. You should receive confirmation by email that your order has been received. The delivery time depends on the type of order, as follows:

Books - Typically arrive in three working days within the UK, however could take as long as ten working days.

Downloads - You will recieve an email with a link to download once you have placed your order.

Subscriptions - These are released three times per year, typically in March, July and November.

Please note that delivery times for overseas customers vary greatly depending on destination. For more information, please contact us. In addition to normal Bank Holidays, the BRF office is closed between Christmas and New Year.

Upcoming titles

If your order contains titles which are not yet published, those titles will be despatched when published (these titles display a notice indicating they are not yet published on our website). If the order contains both published and not yet published titles, the available titles will be despatched on receipt of the order while the remainder will follow later.

Subscriptions

We despatch Bible reading notes to subscription customers in good time to ensure the timely arrival of the next issue.

Downloads

If you purchased a PDF or other downloadable resource, you should have received an opportunity to download your purchase following payment being authorised. There is likewise a link to download the file in the confirmation email. If for any reason this has not been successful, please contact us, quoting your online order number.

Events

After having booked, you will receive further information about the event, normally by email.
