We’re writing to update you on a difficult situation which has arisen in the past two weeks. Our long-time distributor Marston Book Services has sadly gone into administration and the administrators have decided to wind up the company.
When it became clear in early July that Marston was in financial trouble, we began to develop contingency plans and we are pleased to announce that our new distributor will be Kingsway CLC Trust.
Inevitably there will be some disruption to our sales and some publications may not be available for several weeks. Please be assured everyone is working hard to minimise the disruption. As soon as our stock is released from the Marston warehouse in Biggleswade it will be transferred to Kingsway CLC. We hope this process will begin next Monday or Tuesday, 9 or 10 August, but it will take a little time for Kingsway CLC to integrate our stock into their warehouse. In the meantime, Kingsway CLC already have some of our publications in stock and the full stock of our Bible reading notes.
We are also carrying more stock than usual in the office and will be fulfilling our website orders from there.
We have delayed publication of our Advent 2024 book,
Embracing Humanity by Isabelle Hamley until 20 September 2024.
We hope to be fully operational again well before the end of August.
